These songs draw from three mystical sound streams: Hindu, Buddhist, and Sikh. All of these traditions have deeply impacted my life, and I’m so happy to share this compilation of chants with you.

I originally composed these songs for a 10-day course called “Awakening the Heart through Chanting and Mantras”. This course, available on the Insight Timer app, is a journey into the path and practice of bhakti—the yoga of love. The mantras are for healing and compassion, for stillness and deep rest. They’re songs of longing and remembrance, of honey and light. Each chant is a call to the One who is known by many names.

No matter the tradition, sacred music calls us home. In a world that’s so fraught with anxiety and speed, what we need more than anything is a refuge—a place to rest our weary minds, to let down our burdens, and simply be. This refuge is our very own heart. As we chant, we find our way through the wilderness of the world and come home to what’s real.
